Today’s ride was mostly on the 17 (84”) and 19 (75”), down to the 21 (68”) on a 
couple of hills. Nothing terribly steep, max at about 5%. In the 16 (89”) or 15 
(95”) with some tailwind/downhill. For me, staying on top of the gear means a 
cadence over about 70. If I get down to 60 I feel like I’ve lost it.
