all things considered, the non-TG pasela is hard to beat. you can pay
more for something grand bois or challenge, which I personally think
roll better and are more comfortable (even the skinny challenge tires)
- but, it's starts to get a little subjective.

i don't think schwalbe is in the same league when it comes to "light"
and "fast" - i know it's "Stelvio" comes in a 25 and probably weighs
half what the kojak does, but i have no experience with it. (also,
you might check whether the kojak comes in anything smaller than a
35mm).

in any event, "fast" is a pretty open-ended term - some folks consider
a tire with low rolling resistance "fast" even if it is 35mm and
weighs 450 grams. and that's cool. but another rider might find such
a tire to be a dog because it isn't as responsive as a lighter,
narrower tire when he/she accelerates or climbs. so riding style is
something to consider too. If you're not going out to set personal
bests or keep up with some fast friends, don't sweat it. All the
options you're considering sound good - just pick something reasonably
sporty and enjoy the new ride!
