It’s not likely that it was converted from a 700 frame because if it’s truly a 56cm, that was the largest size Atlantis that still took 26” wheels. Everything above that was 700. Now, there was also the aforementioned 56cm with 650b that was made for a short time… but to my knowledge that an a 53cm were the only two sizes they ran with 650b.
