I have a repainted Toyo Atlantis that I bought off this list a decade ago,
I picked it up as a F, F & HS after it had been painted but never built up.

My advice is to think of any braze on you'd like to have and have that done
when they move the brake posts. I'd love to have a few more on the fork and
seat stays. I am also glad that the prior owner had a kickstand plate
brazed in. Having said that, all 94cm PBH of me would leave it 650B and
that color is fantastic.
