“Dished” might not be the right word, but for the 2 smaller outermost cogs I need a 13 that fits into a 14 and has a built-in spacer with tabs to fit Shimano splines; and a 14 also with its own spacer with tabs to fit Shimano splines.
If anyone has any of these to sell — again, 10 or 11 sp only — I’m interested. I’m also interested in online sources for these. And finally, I’m interested in learning the correct nomenclature if the names I used are not the conventional ones. I wanted to install a 13-14-15-16-17-18-19-21-25-28 on the Matthews dirt road bike, replacing the 14-28 10 sp; the 14-28 has a “dished” 15 with built-in spacer and tabs into which fits a 14 t outer with built-in spacer and tabs. As I did not have the same sort of pair in a 13-14, I had to use the 14-15 which leaves the top end gears a bit low.
