I can find a 2nd position 13 t XT cog that ought to work as an outer, but no one seems to make a 14 t second position cog of a similar design. https://www.amazon.com/Shimano-CS-M771-Sprocket-Wheel-13T/dp/B078XRPBQL
And there are 14 t outers but they don’t “nestle” with the outer 13: I tried to install a “dished” 13 t outer (serrated) over a “dished” 14 t outer (also serrated) and the 13 won’t fit into the 14. I guess that the 13t is meant as a second position for a 12t or 11 to outer. I do have a 15 t 10 sp “dished” cog with integrated spacer into which a 14 t “dished “outer fits and that’s what I’ve installed. 87” top gear in the 14, 81” 9th gear. A 13 outer would give a 94” high. A 12t outer is too high: 102”. Anyone? Am I SOL if I want a 13-14-etc 10 speed cassette? I want to keep the 42 t outer ring. I suppose an 87” high is not the end of the world, but not having the 94” I want is annoying.
