I suggest you mark the "lumps" on the tires with a piece of tape or
something. Then take the tires off and install them on another wheel,
ideally one with a different rim type. (If you have just one 650B
wheelset, switch back to front.)

If the lumps are gone, great. It probably was a tire seating issue.

If the lumps now are in different spots, then it's a tire seating
issue. Deflate the tires to 5 psi and push the lumps inward, pull out
the tire at other spots, until you have seated it correctly.

If the lumps persists and always are in the same spot, then the tires
may be defective. Send them back, and we'll check them. If they are
defective, we'll replace them. We have very, very few returns on
Hetres, but all tires can be out of spec. We guarantee our tires -
even if they have been ridden.
