One is a new fork crown for a new bike that we may see from them. It looks like a Hunqa-crown and says its designed around a 60mm tire. Then there's a little luggy thing to the right that Grant goes on and on about whether it's to the right or to the crown's left, but never says what it is. It looks like a head tube reinforcer of some kind to me, but I'm likely wrong.
