Grant, I think you pegged it; the Baggins bags were gone before I discovered Riv, but I'm really enamored w/ those round badges, and a bag named Baggins... just perfect for expert treasure hunters...
And, I will admit I've been aware of Duluth for ages, decades, always liked their 'classic' style for canoes, pulled over to Rovers... (similarly, I've been fairly accused of trying to live out of an LL Bean catalog). FR, on the other hand, I only found them *after* I discovered Baggins were gone; wasn't aware of this history. Good to know. I like the Sackvilles, but am more partial towards the Nigel Smythes.... I've yet to delve deep into bags, etc., and when I went to buy my first, happened to be when the one I was wanting was going to be awhile before it was back in stock. I ended up w/ an Acorn, which I really like, though. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
