Not to be a Bah Humbug on this thing, but I think anyone vying to give away a frame or parts should work on this privately. Having a public "bike drive" on the list is bound to leave hurt feelings for previous victims of bike theft who didn't get the same treatment, and could lead to similar issues with future "stolen bike" posts.
