For keeping the QB as a commuter/beater, would also suggest going to nutted hubs. Not theftproof, but often enough of a deterrent to the ne'er-do-wells. Although it would prevent a dynamo hub. If deciding to IGH, a Sturmey Archer 3 speed would be the easiest to fit on the bike. (As has been discussed on this list numerous times.) Eric Platt St. Paul, MN
