White makes wonderful stuff. If you absolutely need to have whisper quiet high end hubs, check out Royce. Not sure what they do differently than White, King or Phil, but their hubs are very quiet and roll very smooth.
Royce are pricey little devils though. As far as I know, the only way to get them is to go to one of the high end UK on line shops.
