Thanks for all the tips and sources, friends. Between Ortlieb, Jandd, Arkel, and Lone Peak, I am set. The neat thing about doing this myself is that I should be able to set up the Dutch style panniers on front racks and on my oddly shaped custom rack on the Riv.
