Great looking bike, but you could afford to trim a TON off your shift cable housing.
My favorite brakelever for your setup is the Tektro R200A. The Cane Creek gum hoods fit that lever. I stocked up on them when they were selling for under $20 a pair. I bought gum hoods for about $8 a pair. The reason I like the R200A is because I like a huge flat area from the ramps to the hoods, and these offer that.
