Mark referred to two small panniers that he thought would work now.  One 
was an Ortlieb model but I forget what it is.  The other, I don't even 
remember the brand.  Some help I am.  

My plan is to build my own sleeping bag and thermarest retention units to 
mount to the HA Racks.  Between corroplast and webbing, it's a fair weather 
S24O kind of solution.  

Since I'm a compulsive bag-matcher I'm certain I'll nab some Sackville 
branded micro panniers when they appear.  I did not press Mark for an ETA 
on those.
