Again, my Parigi Roubaix lie as flat as a ribbon, even though they are
loose enough that I can remove the beads from the rim with my hands -- that
is, I don't need a tire lever to remove or replace the beads. Mine are
stretched, of course, but so will yours be after a few days.

Once the beads are loose enough, it's no big deal to "shape" the carcasse
to accept the slightly inflated tube (I blow it up with my mouth), that is,
"wrap it" with your hands over the slightly inflated tube, and then work
the remaining bead over the rim.

My rims are Open Pros, for what that is worth.
