I'd say that $1,750 for a baby is a pretty good deal. I've got one myself (tho' she turned 12 recently, much to my surprise) and she is definitely worth it, tho' annoying at times.
Since professional packing and shipping will run $150 or so, I'd say $1,600 is a great deal for a great bike. I love mine -- third owner, turned 8 months old (my ownership) this month. Mine fills a peculiar niche role as my sole derailleur road bike (I have two Riv road fixed customs and a Fargo) for longer rides as well as grocery and other errand runs. What is the build? Get that saddle tilted right!!!
