I hope not.  The fact that the car pushed you (implied contact) and it 
sounds like you were knocked down and hurt worries me more about you.  You 
have checked it out, it is what it is.  The bike is probably good if LBS's 
say so and I don't think the current regime is cracking down on disclosure 
for bicycles.  Yet.

Please let us know that you are healing and are out on the Bleriot for 
further (safe) ventures.
