Blue Bottle is the best I've ever had, and that includes coffee when I was 
in Italy and Brasil.  

But I live in Chicago.  Intelligentsia is a an old standby.  Frequently 
very good.  Never bad.  New Chicago roaster Dark Matter is really making a 
statement.
