Rick, That was an excellent response to Albion's questions. I think we all at times have that knee-jerk reaction to have a "leader" when things get funky in our groups. We've all experienced the funky ones who come in and try to take over or cause major strife or division. But, as a group, if we stick together and resist the temptation to "let a leader handle it" we will be better off as a group and will certainly grow as a group. Believe it or not, it was during these times of weirdness that our group unified the most and we truly saw the Lord hash out these problems in His own way.
