Ok. I've been hearing about impending speed limits. Some tankers are
regearing thier respective rides to slow them down. It sounds like it is going
to happen, yet nothing has slipped out yet what the speed limits may be (great
operational security by the way).
For those of us still building tanks, what might the speed limit be at so we
can select our gearing while we build?
