It's amazing how much power tracks use up. When I first built the
Hetzer, I used 2 scooter motors at the same ratios as on the scooter.
Either motor would happily move me along on a scooter, but together
they could barely move a tank weighing 75 lbs or so.

Looks pretty good Neil. Is your "cunning plan" the "Fred Flintstone"
method? hehe

Ideally you want a bigger electric motor but unless you're going to
dismantle a milk float I'm not sure where you'd get that from as they
all tend to be mains voltage, I should think.
