Jarring movements and vibrations will always play a part in waer and tear,
yet in this hobby, little reliability has been sacrificed when a fixed
non-suspended wheel format has been used. Franks T001 Tiger has none, yet
enjoys a very very long and life still running around today.
Many people suggest this, and I will now agree. Make your first tank
without suspension. Dont bother. After it is done and all kinks worked out
you can do a few things.
1- Leave well enough alone and enjoy your WMD.
2- Upgrade your chasis to a suspended verion.
3- Build another tank with suspension and loan your first out to a buddy
when it's time to play.
I suggest option 3.
