I have a question , what is holding the discs together whilst you router them into circular wheels ? And did you make a jig to hold all the parts of the wheel in line as they are assembled ? when ever I have attempted what I can see you are doing, me wheels have "wobble" built into them. I have had to do conriderable sanding afterwards to correct my mistake.
I think you might want to introduce some steel to your wheels since you have wooden wheels and metal track guides. the guides will "eat" the wheels within a short amount of time, of at least mine did when I built T051 I made this out of an old bathroom cabinet - http://rctankcombat.com/tanks/T051/019-large.jpg http://rctankcombat.com/tanks/T051/020-large.jpg Neil R -- -- You are currently subscribed to the "R/C Tank Combat" group.
