Caleb,
              Looks very similar to the German Flak 88. I did find this one 
set of pictures and some specs.  The nice side profile could easily be used 
to scale up a design based on the barrel length. Typically, we either find 
some scale drawings, use a model if it exists, or build it close enough to 
resemble the actual asset.
