Nice work. Indeed, PS2 wireless game pads don't generate a strong enough signal to get through an AL hull. I mount my receiver above the AL hull, inside of the fiberglass turret to eliminate that problem. Paul mounted his receiver in a wooden box that hangs off the back of the hull.
