The nut between the swingarm and the hull is tightened against the hull, it and the one on the interior hold the bolt on the hull. I didn't use a spacer, but you could if you need to. This is quite simple, a bolt with a hole drilled in it and a pin made of piano wire. The pin extends down into the tube making up the swing arm, and rides on the lower surface, being pushed on when the wheel is pushed up. Two nuts hold the bolt to the hull, with the bolt head outside. A wrench in the outside nut and the bolt head allow the grip on the hull to be loosened, allowing the bolt to be rotated to adjust the pressure the spring pin is putting against the swing arm, changing the ground pressure and/or track tension. I really need to make a example piece, with the side of the tube cut away so the actual arrangement can be seen from the side.
