Might be to late...
   Smooth cast 300 is good stuff, as already mentioned there is no harm 
going a slightly slower setting resin. I like 325 for it's tint-ability and 
slower set time. Oomoo 30 works great for block moulds, you only get 25-30 
casts out of a mould before it begins to bond (unless you use mould release 
and silicone mould conditioner) What I like to do is make a single part 
master mould cast 20 single cleats then glue them to a board and make a 
mould of 20 cleats. 25x20=a lot of usable cleats....
