So publisher statement in 260$b and publisher in 260$l? Seymour
Lubetsky will spin is his grave. I'm all for repeating 110 in 260$b
(contra Lubetsky), but again in $l? That will be a confusing,
repetitious, and space consuming display; I suppose we could program
to display 260$l only in the absense of $b?

I *know* RDA does not address display, but what is displayed to
patrons is the final product of the record, and vital to consider.
