Not in our shop! Issued or released date, like copyright date, is the source of 260/264$c, but is not itself a publication date. We we not use the month in 26X$c unless it is the second version released the same year. The issued or released date, quoted in 500, often also includes a day. Surly days will be be given in 26X$c? __ __ J.
