Jeremy,

If you do not find a Listed enclosure you do not have to provide one. In
other words if it does not exist it cannot be required. I have yet to hear
of one. It was so with wind generators for a long time till one came out.

Subject: [RE-wrenches] Listed Battery Enclosure?

Wrenches,

I am looking to install some Surrette dual container batteries. 24- 2v cells
and the inspector is looking for a 'listed' enclosure.

Any takes on this?

Jeremy
