I'm set to look at one "installed by others" that is reporting an overheating problem. The customer also wants a maintenance contract bid on it. I do not yet have the model number or rating. I'm guessing it's just a lack of filter maintenance causing the issue, but I would like to look at the full maintenance requirements before I bid a maintenance contract.
