Essentially the client is paying the utility the minimum fee to be the
backup to the solar system, allowing the client to use a smaller battery
system, for the few days the battery system is not sufficient the grid
kicks in a covers it. That's a great deal, makes a lot of financial sense.
No need for a generator, AGS, fuel, huge battery systems. I think it's a
lusy deal for the utility, they get to be the backup but get little or no
revenue.
