Jason. I had that problem with an older XW and problem was corrupted firmware. It took many years to get Schneider to admit that the problem was not my installation or programming. New firmware fixed a nagging problem of runaway voltage and destroyed batteries. I also had found that resetting to factory defaults was causing some of the problem as the default for absorb was 6 hours instead of the one hour I or less that it should have been. Found that problem by resetting to factory defaults and then checking every setting. With the bad firmware I was seeing the charge rate and voltage setpoints totally ignored and saw battery go up to 67 volts!
