Over the many years, this type of info is exactly what has made the
Wrench list so valuable. We get the real installer perspective on
equipment, not just the slick brochure.
Poor tech support is not just a gripe, it is a potentially fatal problem
for off grid clients going without power for weeks waiting for you to
fix it.

Good luck with that. We’ve had similar issues; I’ve called and talked
to their engineers (to get questions answered); they say they’ll call
back, but I never hear from anyone. I did get a response from their
on-line form; it took two+ weeks.
(Maybe this should be on the Wrenches ‘bitching’ list).

Curious if anyone has had any response from Schneider renewable energy
tech support of late? I have submitted 4 cases over the last 3 weeks,
couple warranty claims, couple tech questions - and have had
absolutely zero response.
My clients are starting to get irritated, and it is wasting much time.
