KISS…. have you checked the low voltage setting on AC2? Make sure that is is 
not set  to the default settings. AC Transfer time? I set to the lowest time, I 
believe its 1.
You also have 4 inverters what IS the charge setting of these units? "Gen 
assist" enabled?
Info from Schneider engineer below;
The AGS will cause XW+ to disconnect the generator when a stop signal is sent 
(Auto Stop) for the generator cool down period (user adjustable-AGS>Advanced 
Settings>Cfg Gen). If you are just manually stopping the generator, then it is 
possible for the XW+ to stay connected all the way down to 80V unless you 
increase that low AC value in XW+>Advanced Settings>AC Settings menu. AC2 
transfer time may also be adjusted (default is 40s) using Combox, Gateway or 
Config Tool.   This is the time it takes to switch from gen to inverting.
