I did a small enphase system with my 3524vfx some years ago. It was 3 M190’s. 

It had the same issues. Mostly it appeared during when the loads  vs AC 
production were at a specific level

If the AC was high and loads low, it was fine. 
If the ac low and loads high no issue 

But if they were close then I’d get the pulsing you are talking about. 
I don’t have a scope, best guess is its harmonics. 

I didn’t like the pulsing and thought that it’s bad for compressors, lights, 
etc so I stopped using it. 

I don’t know if is something specific to older vfx units or emphase or?
