Hi Jeremy,

I’ve not run into that issue but you could put more bolts at different 
locations for different tilts. 

A template would keep them the correct spacing. 

Wouldn’t slide but would be adjustable. 

I don’t know if you’ve tried heat but it’s pretty amazing at getting things 
loosened up. 
The other way is cold, using a spray can for computers for example. 
Or using the combo. 

Damn it’s just a stupid rack, should be easy.
