Hi Jon Not much to go on here the suggestion to look for damaged relays is probably a good idea. Look to see if there is signs of arcing or the relay covers have a smokey appearance. You stated the system has worked for the last week and the AGS has gone through several start stop sequences and the system error has not repeated. It might be interesting to see if there were any warning in the event log perhaps that would give more clues. It is difficult to be certain when the system is currently functioning. Sorry that is all I have. Take Care Sir

Looking at the manual it states that "Usually indicates another AC power source (out of phase with the inverter) was connected to the unit’s AC output. Can also occur if an out-of-phase AC source is connected to the inverter’s AC input." However when this happened the generator wasn't running and it's an off grid system. Is there a way that the master is looking to the slave as another power source? The system had been running fine this week, auto running the generator early morning and shutting down on its own. Anyone seen something like this before? Thanks, Jon Siegenthaler This email and any attachments may contain confidential information that is intended only for the recipient(s).
