Hi California guys, We have a couple of leads that are manufactured homes, that have to be permitted through the CA Housing and Community Development office. The HCD wants roof engineering, and we are having trouble finding anyone local who will do this. Has anyone worked with an engineering firm anywhere in CA that is willing to deal with manufactured housing? (The builder of the houses has been no help other than providing non-stamped drawings.)
