The Classic AUX outputs will put out about 13 volts and allow up to about 200 mA maximum. That might be enough to power the transmitter. That is only about 2.5 watts so might not work
directly.

Docked at Trinidad/Tobago today.  Great sun here.  Have only seen one PV module on this cruise so far.
