I have been battling Enphase's store as they sent a replace board to NV and I live in RI. They are blaming me. They have the shipping address and the billing address very wrong. I could have never entered a steet address for billing as we do not have street deliver mail, only deliverd to a PO Box.
It's like talking to a wall. Does anyone have a contact at Enphase that I could obtain for talking to a person in this department. They won't call, and they are not returning phone calls as they promised they would.
