Various thoughts: I like any idea that would make things better for Wrenches and the industry as a whole. That's been a major thing for me since my early days at Home Power.
I don't think I could ride herd on this, but I'd be pleased to help grease the skids. I can see using one of the many free polling sites out there to gather the info and comments. Oh how I wish that the old IPP was up and running. This would be a perfect project for an organization of Wrenches. A concern would be hundreds of responses on the list. Some of you already think the list traffic is too heavy. Maybe it DOES make sense to use a separate list. That way you all could choose to participate or not. The RE-Bitching list already exists and might be the best place to do this.
