No, because this isn't true.

If you ever checked this out, you noticed VB.Net takes quite some time
to load, but once it is running, the system compiles fast, is very
stable, very
well integrated.

Moreover, compiles apps are very small. Well, that's nothing RS can
reach.

The only reason .NET apps are small is because the .NET framework must be on
a machine for them to run. If you want to make sure your end user can
actually run your app regardless of whether or not they've had their latest
Windows updates, your app size is app + 22 MB (or more...haven't checked the
framework size lately), with a more complicated install (first .NET, then
app), and whatever licensing issues are involved in redistributing MS .NET
installer.
