Summary: Allow Specification of Property List behavior for
ContainerControls

Severity:Feature Request
Not being able to set ContainerControl Properties to appear in and be
set in the properties window/pane in the IDE makes them much less
convenient to use. This capability is expected in RB.
That should also be the case for window subclasses
Workaround
Set properties in open event.
