Yes. As of RB 2006r2 ( the release I am using) you cannot access the
DB across the LAN. I forget if it was a X-plat issue or just a LAN issue.
Anyhow, Don't know if there has been a workaround created. I was told
at the time that it was an "Apple" issue.
