PortAudio with UB has some problems, as detailed by Chris Smolinski.
Anyway I don't think SoundOutputStream uses PortAudio.
SoundOutputStream has basic functionality compared to PortAudio, but
for some easy tasks works very well.
Mars, please release the source code. I have a project using
SoundOutputStream and I'd like to port it to UB without using PortAudio.
