Hello, I would like to clarify a few points concerning this thread. The French office is fully dedicated to Europe including non EU countries such as Switzerland or Norway for example. In the last 9 months (since the office was started), we have serviced hundreds of customers all over Europe. However, having an office in Europe, does not mean that we stopped working with our distributors. There are currently 3 distributors in Europe covering Benelux, German speaking countries and Italy. We are currently working, with the distributors to facilitate the purchasing experience and make it as easy as possible for anyone to buy new licence or upgrade existing licences. However, this requires development work for our system to handle different currencies, processing credit cards from many different countries, handling VAT all over Europe and managing existing contracts, ... So it has not happened quite yet.
