No worries here -- you essentially release the source code to yourself.

The same *probably* applies.

Of course, IANAL, but the GPL's requirement that you release the source code
does not mean you have to include it with the program, for example, but
rather, you have to make it available. This may mean by website or through a
request of some sort. It's a shade of gray, I would think.
