No is the simplest answer ( without using declares or writing your own C++ plugins). However if you move to RB2007, I think you might want to investigate using the MBS plugin classes for PortAudio, since portaudio ( an open source audio I/O library ) supports multiple audio channels.
There is also the CoreAudio route if you are only on Mac. MBS supports that too, but definitely not a trivial thing in any case.
